We’ve got a couple of new summer shows that we’re very excited about. First up is a “semi-plugged” set at Aeronaut Brewing Company in Somerville on Saturday July 18th. Our friends in “Band Without Hands” will kick off the evening with an un-plugged, acoustic set. Music starts around 7 and goes until about 11. We’ll probably start playing around 9.
The 2nd show is at Sally O’Brien’s in Union Square, Somerville, on Friday August 7th. On the bill are our friends “Thrust Club” and a new band called “A Precious You”. Sally’s is always a fun time. Music should kick off around 9pm.
Hope to see you at one (or both) of the shows!
The Keep Safe Boston music compilation has been released – it includes 55 songs donated by local Boston bands, including our song “Solace”. All proceeds benefit Respond, Inc. of Somerville, an organization that supports domestic violence awareness, prevention, and supporting safe places for women and girls. Powderhouse is proud to be part of such a great cause. Thanks to Anngelle Wood from Boston Emissions with Anngelle Wood for organizing this fundraising effort.
